Buenos Aires, November 20 (NA) – After winning the 2025 League title, Rosario Central's starting goalkeeper, Jorge Broun, shared his opinion on the sporting achievement.
“We felt it was unfair not to have a prize for finishing first in the annual table,” stated “Fatura” at the AFA headquarters, where the recognition ceremony took place.
The title capped off a season in which Rosario Central maintained a consistent line of play under the technical direction of Ariel Holan, who arrived at the club to reorganize the collective functioning and strengthen the defensive structure.
Throughout the season, Central knew how to manage the different moments of the tournament and managed to prevail in decisive matches that kept it at the top of the championship.
The recognition awarded by the AFA closed a campaign in which the Rosario team consolidated its performance and laid the foundations for the challenges to come, both on the local front and in the competitions the club will face in the upcoming calendar.
The team showed solidity in the decisive stages of the competition and built its campaign based on regularity, an aspect that was reflected in the annual table and that was finally rewarded.
The title also meant backing the sports project that the club has been carrying out since the beginning of the year.
